Day Five....

GOOD NEWS!!!
Today we woke to SUN! It was a perfect day here today.  75 and sunny. And needless to say I took ALOT of pictures...

We left the hotel on foot to walk to the bus station and saw this...



Poulet Frit Kentucky aka Kentucky Fried Chicken. Too funny!

We caught our bus and arrived at Old Quebec City.  We entered through the St Jean entrance to the only walled city in North America

Here are some of the sights we saw...






We visited the Basilica

and I photographed lots of stained glass windows...





Behind the Basilica is the Seminary
We also walked along the boardwalk and saw the Hotel Frontenac

It was a really good day today.  I'm glad I got to see Quebec and would definitely come back here again.


Tomorrow morning we leave for Montreal.
Will update from there tomorrow night...

    Wonderful pictures! Was that a mime with his planter/money pot chained to the ground? ☺

    And don't the windows in the Seminary look all cell like. I bet the leetle monks are sat in there in their pajamas with crosses on ☺
